Mullvad	no servers in Vietnam as of 2026-10-12

Each provider counts differently: NordVPN, Mullvad and Proton list servers; Surfshark lists locations; PIA lists WireGuard endpoints; ExpressVPN and CyberGhost publish cities only. “Virtual” means the IP is Vietnamese but the machine is elsewhere, which is fine for streaming and worse for speed.
